Spectator/Competition Registration Instructions:

+ Print and complete registration form. Be sure to print legibly for faster processing.

+ Once completed, sign the bottom of the form and include a check (made out to Pro Am Jam) or provide the requested credit card information for payment and mail to:

You will receive a receipt in the mail or by email. You will not receive tickets in the mail. Your name will be at Will Call at the event’s registration area.

Weekend pass orders postmarked or ordered Online on or before May 17th, 2010 are $99. After the deadline, weekend ticket price will be $109.

Competition Policies
You must purchase a Weekend Pass to enter any competition. The DFW Pro Am Jam reserves the right to limit the number of entries or cancel competitions with fewer than five entries. Notification of any changes will be posted on this website.
